About

I took my Bachelor of Science at Politecnico di Torino (Italy) in Electronic Engineering. I am currently a Master student in Mechatronic Engineering and I am doing my Thesis Research with Professor Zefran ( ECE Department ) on autonomous vehicles. My interests are all related to Mechatronic subjects and they can be resumed in: Autonomous Systems, Robotics, Control Systems. The Automotive field surely is the most appealing area for my interests.

Education

MS, Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Illinois at Chicago
MS, Mechatronic Engineering, Politecnico di Torino, (double degree program) 2018-2020

BS, Electronic Engineering, Politecnico di Torino, 2015 - 2018, final grade 100/110.

Research Currently in Progress

I am now working on my thesis which is about the safety of autonomous vehicles. The aim of the research is to exploit the prediction of the behavior of the traffic participants ( probabilist based prediction) in order to be able to safely control the ego vehicle. Besides another aim of the thesis is to find a way in order to actually modify the image taken from the ego vehicle accordingly with the prediction of the traffic participants.
